4. AI-Powered Features

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate financial planning insights, educational content, and conversational assistance. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
  • AI outputs do not constitute professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content
  • Information you provide during AI interactions may be processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic)

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loonies and Sense Digital Inc. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
